North Wales Finder currently does not use advertising cookies or optional analytics cookies.

Essential browser storage

The private administration and business-management pages use session storage, a browser technology similar to a cookie, to keep a private access key available while that browser session remains open. It is necessary to provide the requested secure management function and is not used for advertising.

Signup pages may generate a temporary random journey reference and send basic progress events to our server so we can understand whether the application process is working. That reference is not stored in a cookie or long-term browser storage.

Third-party services

If you choose Premium, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout and billing portal. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies needed for payment security, fraud prevention and checkout operation under its own notices. External social-sharing and business links may also use their own cookies after you leave North Wales Finder.

Why there is no consent banner

We currently use only storage that is necessary for a service you request. We therefore do not display an optional-cookie consent banner. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation storage, we will update this notice and obtain consent before using it where required.

Managing storage

You can clear site data through your browser settings. Clearing session storage will sign the browser out of private administration or listing management; you will need the original private link or admin key to regain access.
