Partner Terms

Not final legal terms. These headings exist so the application flow can be tested. Final partner terms must be legally reviewed before accepting live businesses or payments.

Core principles

Partners must be authorised to represent the listed business and provide accurate information. Uploaded photographs and media must be owned by the partner or licensed for this use. North Wales Finder may verify, edit for clarity, suspend or remove information that is inaccurate, unlawful or unsuitable.

Premium

The intended Founding Premium offer is £1 for the first billing month followed by £9.99 per month until cancelled. The renewal price and date must be clearly shown at checkout. Paid status does not guarantee a particular organic recommendation ranking.

Showcase and launch rewards

Selected Showcase Partners may receive a complimentary Premium period under a private invitation. Social-sharing and referral rewards are promotional credits rather than cash and may require a quick verification check. Final eligibility, expiry and anti-abuse rules will be set out in the production terms.

Visitor perks

Partners are responsible for honouring active perks according to the published terms and telling us promptly if an offer changes or ends.

Media

The final agreement will include a limited licence allowing approved media to be resized, cropped and optimised for the listing and related promotion. Exact licence wording is still to be finalised.
