Partner Terms
These terms apply when a business creates or manages a listing on North Wales Finder. They are written for business partners, including sole traders acting for business purposes.
1. Who operates North Wales Finder
North Wales Finder is operated by VNPD Properties Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15792102. Our registered office is 66 Heysham Road, Southport, PR9 7EB. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “North Wales Finder” mean VNPD Properties Limited.
2. Your authority and information
You must be authorised to represent the business you submit. You agree to provide information that is accurate, lawful and not misleading, and to keep important details reasonably up to date. We may verify information before or after publication and may make minor edits for spelling, clarity or consistent formatting.
Creating a listing does not guarantee approval, publication, visitor numbers, sales, rankings or inclusion in any particular recommendation.
3. Plans and payment
Free Listing
The Free Listing has no subscription charge. It remains subject to verification, moderation and these terms.
Local Perk
The Local Perk plan has no subscription charge while the business provides an eligible, genuine visitor benefit. You are responsible for publishing clear perk conditions and honouring an active offer.
Founding Premium
Founding Premium costs £1 for the first 30 days and then renews automatically at £9.99 per month until cancelled. Stripe displays the amount due immediately, the renewal price and the renewal timing before payment is confirmed. There is no minimum term.
Payments are collected by VNPD Properties Limited through Stripe. VNPD Properties Limited is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged or shown separately.
4. Cancelling Premium and refunds
You may cancel Premium at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from your private management page, or by emailing hello@northwalesfinder.co.uk. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Premium benefits normally continue until the end of the billing period already paid for, after which an eligible listing falls back to the Free Listing rather than disappearing.
There is no cancellation fee. Charges for a billing period that has already begun are normally non-refundable, except where a charge was made in error, we did not provide the paid service, or a refund is required by law. Contact us promptly if you believe a payment is wrong.
5. Your content and media
You keep ownership of content you provide. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use and share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, crop, optimise and display that content for your listing and for reasonable promotion of North Wales Finder and the listed business. This licence ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backups and material already lawfully published.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, deceptive, unsafe or malicious content, personal information you are not entitled to publish, or files designed to damage the service.
6. Recommendations, statistics and external services
Paid status does not buy a false organic recommendation. Relevance, visitor needs, available information and platform rules may affect how and where a listing appears. Featured opportunities will be identified where appropriate.
Statistics may be delayed, filtered or estimated to remove obvious automated or abusive activity. Links to business websites, booking systems and social networks are external services that we do not control.
7. Review, suspension and ending a listing
We may request corrections, suspend visibility or remove a listing where information is inaccurate, rights are disputed, a business has closed, content is unlawful or unsafe, these terms are breached, or action is reasonably needed to protect visitors or the platform. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a correction.
You may request removal from the private management page or by contacting us. A management-page request immediately hides the listing and creates a recoverable closure record for administrative review. Removing or hiding a listing does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription, so use the Stripe billing portal or contact us to cancel billing as well.
8. Showcase invitations and promotional credits
Private Showcase invitations and sharing or referral rewards are promotional offers. They are not cash, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, may be subject to verification and anti-abuse checks, and may have stated eligibility or expiry conditions. We may withdraw a reward obtained through duplicate, misleading or artificial activity.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and information useful, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every third-party detail is always current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability connected with the service will not exceed the greater of £100 and the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use account, listing and service data. Our Cookie Notice explains the limited browser storage used by the site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that affects an active paid subscription.
12. Governing law and contact
